After successfully completing his degree in Law and Commerce, Jawahar H. Hemrajani took up a modest 9-to-5 job but always yearned for something more fulfilling. He eventually set up a facility to coat powder on metal in Mumbai, India. After establishing one successful business, he decided to conquer new horizons by setting up Glass Wall Systems.

Having been in the façade business for over 33 years, Jawahar has a keen understanding of the technical intricacies and how one can push boundaries to create new architectural wonders. His entrepreneurial knowledge and expertise contribute largely to all projects, in particular when dealing with advanced and complex façades to ensure the client’s highest expectations are being meticulously achieved by GWS.

Jawahar has been spearheading the company’s current journey towards global expansion by seizing geographical opportunities. At Glass Wall Systems, he is looking forward to bringing his rich experience to global customers.

Eshan J. Hemrajani joined Glass Wall Systems in the year 2014 and looks after Operations, Human Resources, Marketing, and overall factory operations. He has completed his MSc. in Engineering Business Management from Warwick University, UK, and also has a B.E. Civil Degree from Cardiff University, UK.

At GWS, Eshan focuses on leveraging his invaluable experience on the operations side of business, to deliver products as per the required international standards, within the demanding delivery timelines. Eshan aims to strategically position GWS firmly on the global map, by focusing on turnkey international projects. He is also steering the development and implementation of the ‘Green Initiative’ drive for sustainable façades manufacturing within the company.

Amit J. Hemrajani is a graduate in Architecture from the Royal Institute of British Architects (UK), with over 9 years of hands-on experience in the façade and fenestration industry. Under his leadership, the company has successfully completed several high-end residential projects for clients across India.

At Glass Wall Systems, he brings deep technical expertise in powder coating, sheet metal and window fabrication. Currently, he oversees sales and operations for the company’s window projects across global markets, driving innovation and excellence in every project.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in English from the University of Delhi. She has been associated with GWS since 2025.

She has approximately 11 years of experience in the real estate sector. She has previously served as the Director – Projects with Gera Developments Private Limited, managing trustee with Gera Education Foundation.

He is a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Bombay and is an MBA in Business Administration from the Fuqua School of Business, Duke University. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has been associated with GWS since 2025.

He has approximately 22 years of experience in the corporate finance and advisory sector. He is currently a partner at Lodha & Co LLP. Chartered Accountants, where he is responsible for strategic planning and management within the firm, business development and ensuring adherence to regulatory and compliance standards.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in English and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Delhi. She has been associated with GWS since 2025.Currently, she holds directorship in the board of marque companies pan-India.
